Scopul proiectului HR Twinning este să promoveze schimbul de bune practici și dezvoltarea competențelor și abilităților de resurse umane din cadrul organizațiilor non-guvernamentale de tineret în special, și ONG-urilor în general.

HR Twinning este structurat în următoarele etape:
Parteneri internationali:
Fiecare partener (plus AYI) a trimis 5-7 participanti pentru a lua parte la seminarul international, totalizand 35 de persoane implicate direct in seminar.
Seminarul international HR Twinning s-a desfasurat in perioada 3-11 noiembrie 2012 la Bucuresti, in Umbrella Hostel si BiblioLounge. Experienta a fost una deosebita pentru toti cei implicati, existand numeroase oportunitati de invatare in legatura cu HR-ul, echipele, leadership-ul, motivarea oamenilor si multe altele. In plus, schimbul intercultural a fost foarte intens, iar atmosfera intregului proiect foarte calda si inspirationala.

A fost o saptamana plina de inspiratie, in care am cunoscut cu totii oameni deosebiti, culturi interesante, si am invatat cate ceva in permanenta.
